The Latvian Taekwon-do Federation (LTF) is the only taekwon-do federation in Latvia recognized by the ITF and LSFP, and it is responsible for the development of taekwon-do in the country, and also has the right to represent Latvia in the ITF and other sports institutions. LTF holds the exclusive right to organize and conduct all levels of taekwon-do ITF competitions.
